Swearing, abusive and remarks of a personal nature directed towards committees, individuals or any other person or group will not be tolerated and will result in the removal of offensive posts or posts containing offensive or abusive language.
  
• Use of advertising
  
  The forum is for discussions on subjects that affect the community and is not an advertising board for individuals or business to advertise services. Please refrain from posting adverts or promotional content about your business and services. All advertising and promotional content of profit making business will be removed.

  It is easy to say something in haste and then regret it at a later date only to find that it is too late. Once you have replied to a post or created a topic for discussion then it will instantly be available for others to see. Please be aware whilst we have the ability to remove posts and topics at the committees discretion, we also reserve the right to refuse the removal of threads and topics.

  Please refrain from creating lots of topics when there is no need to do so. Please do not attempt to slow down the system and server by repeatedly posting replies. Abuse of the system will result in the ban of the offending user.
